Package Your Items
Place the product in its original packaging with all tags and protective padding included to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned tech gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
